"Rental Service" was established in summer 2009. We were the 190th organization in Armenia, who got license for real estate brokerage activity. It must be surprising what is the aim of entering such a glutted market, especially during economic crisis. Since 2003 real estate market has been the most dynamic evolving sphere of Armenian economy. And many companies in this market (professional or non-professional) had plenty of achievements despite the service quality. But at the end of 2008 decreasing demand starts clearing out non-professional service providers. It's high time for companies providing more valuable, innovative and specialized services. And that is why "Rental Service" was created. So the three most important concepts of our mission are:
- providing value added services, Any service comprises some value for a customer. And this value is a basic understanding of our activity. Even more, one of our main goals is increasing this value step by step.
- permanent innovation, In the 21st century it is impossible to move forward and develop without innovation. They not only make our job easy, but also make our customer's satisfaction level higher. We have chosen only one segment of real estate market - rental market, because we are sure that more than 10 years combined experience in this market, will allow us to be considered as professionals, and introduce some quality standards into this market.
